- Booking & Deposit
- A 20% deposit of the total service cost is required to secure your appointment.
- The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, before the service begins.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Clients may reschedule once without losing their deposit, provided a minimum 48-hour notice is given.
- If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be required to pay a new deposit for future bookings.
- Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After that, a late fee of $10 may be charged.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Hair Preparation & Maintenance
- Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free before the appointment. A fee may apply if additional detangling or washing is required.
- We recommend using a silk or satin scarf at night to maintain your style for longevity.
- Refunds & Satisfaction Policy
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- If you have any concerns about your style, please notify us before leaving the appointment for adjustments.
- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or scalp sensitivity caused by braiding hair or products.
- Liability Disclaimer
- We are not liable for any damage caused by improper care of your braids after the appointment.
- Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or scalp conditions before the appointment.
- Photo and Video policy
- Visual content is the cornerstone of our marketing strategy at Kamdem Best Braiding.
- We document the exceptional transformations our clients undergo, both within our shop and through striking before-and-after shots.
- These images and videos serve as powerful social proof of our achievements, inspiring current and potential customers through our website and social media channels.
